Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Marbleland Labs collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal information when you use Marbleland websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, communications and features that reference this Policy.
Separate products or third-party integrations may provide additional privacy notices. Where a product-specific notice applies, it supplements this Policy.
Information You Provide
Depending on the feature, you may provide account details, name, email address, organization, role, project information, prompts, files, feedback, support messages, billing information, integration configuration and other content.
Do not submit highly sensitive information unless a feature expressly requests it and you understand how it will be handled.
Usage, Device and Technical Data
We may collect IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, timestamps, referring pages, pages viewed, interaction events, crash data, approximate region, diagnostic information, API activity and security logs. We use this information to operate, secure and improve the Services.
Wallet and Blockchain Data
If you connect a blockchain wallet or use blockchain-related features, we may process wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, token or asset information, signatures, network information and public blockchain activity. Public blockchain data is generally not controlled by Marbleland and may be permanently available.
We do not ask users to send seed phrases or private keys through ordinary support channels.
AI Inputs, Outputs and Project Data
When you use AI or decision-intelligence features, we may process prompts, project context, uploaded materials, selected settings, generated outputs, feedback and system metadata necessary to provide the feature.
Product settings, enterprise terms or feature notices may provide additional controls regarding retention or use of submitted content. We do not represent that every AI output is accurate or confidential merely because it was generated for your account.
Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from identity providers, payment processors, analytics services, public blockchains, social platforms, market-data providers, prediction markets, creator-data sources and other integrations you enable or that are used to provide the Services.
How We Use Information
- Provide, authenticate, personalize and maintain the Services.
- Generate requested analytics, intelligence, simulations and outputs.
- Operate integrations and process authorized actions.
- Secure accounts, prevent abuse, investigate incidents and enforce policies.
- Process payments, subscriptions and enterprise administration.
- Respond to support, privacy, security and legal requests.
- Measure product performance and improve reliability and usability.
- Comply with law and protect users, Marbleland and third parties.
Legal Bases Where Applicable
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, Marbleland may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations or protection of vital/legal interests, as appropriate to the processing activity and jurisdiction.
Service Providers and International Transfers
Our providers may process information in multiple countries. Where required, we use contractual, organizational or other lawful safeguards for international transfers. Data-protection laws may differ from those in your home country.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including account operation, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance and enforcement. Retention periods vary by data type, product, contractual requirement and legal obligation.
Backup copies and security logs may persist for limited periods after deletion. Public blockchain data cannot generally be deleted by Marbleland.
Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, such as access controls, logging, encryption where appropriate, environment separation and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure.

Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or information about disclosures. Certain rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.
Submit privacy requests to privacy@marbleland.io. Please describe the request and the account or service involved. We may ask for information necessary to verify the request.
Communications
You may receive transactional messages necessary to provide the Services. Marketing communications, if used, will include legally required opt-out mechanisms. Service, security and legal notices may still be sent where necessary.
Children
The Services are not directed to children and are not intended for users who cannot lawfully consent to the processing required for the Services. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to applicable law, contact privacy@marbleland.io.
Automated Decision Features
Marbleland may provide automated rankings, scores, classifications or recommendations. Unless explicitly stated in a product-specific notice, these features are decision-support tools and are not intended to make legally binding decisions about individuals without appropriate review.
Third-Party Links and Services
Third-party sites and services have their own privacy practices. Marbleland is not responsible for the privacy practices of a third party merely because the Services link to or integrate with it.
Policy Changes
We may update this Policy as products, laws and data practices evolve. We will update the revision date and provide additional notice when required.
