Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) protects users, third parties and Marbleland infrastructure. It applies to all use of the Services and supplements the Terms of Service.
Illegal or Harmful Activity
You may not use the Services to violate law; facilitate fraud, theft, exploitation or harassment; distribute unlawful content; or knowingly assist others in doing so.
Security Abuse
- No unauthorized access, credential attacks, malware, destructive code or denial-of-service activity.
- No probing or scanning systems without authorization.
- No bypassing rate limits, authentication, entitlement, geographic or security controls.
- No disclosure or exploitation of vulnerabilities before coordinated remediation.
Market Manipulation and Deceptive Conduct
You may not use Marbleland to coordinate unlawful market manipulation, fabricate trading or prediction-market activity, misrepresent liquidity or demand, create deceptive social proof, or intentionally distribute materially false information for improper market advantage.
Impersonation and Misrepresentation
You may not impersonate people or organizations, falsely claim affiliation, forge provenance, misrepresent verification status or use Marbleland outputs to create misleading claims about endorsements, guarantees or certainty.
Abusive Automation
Automation must respect permissions, rate limits, applicable law and third-party platform rules. You may not use automated access to spam, scrape restricted data, mass-message users, evade safeguards or execute actions beyond granted authorization.
Data and Privacy Abuse
You may not collect, infer, expose or trade personal information in violation of law or applicable permissions. Do not use the Services for unauthorized surveillance, doxxing or attempts to reconstruct sensitive personal profiles.
Intellectual Property
You may not use the Services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy/publicity rights or other intellectual-property rights.
Resource Abuse
You may not deliberately consume excessive resources, interfere with service availability, run unauthorized load tests, exploit infrastructure for unrelated computation or otherwise degrade the Services.
Third-Party Rules
When you connect or access third-party platforms through Marbleland, you must comply with their terms, API rules and permissions in addition to this AUP.
Enforcement
Marbleland may limit, suspend or terminate access, block content or automation, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful investigations when reasonably necessary to address suspected violations.
